"Aaron's personal accountability for the business has increased as he's gotten older," said his mom, Angela.  "Now that he's a teenager, however, his focus bounces everywhere.  He's into football, lacrosse, music, socializing - and somewhere in there are his studies!"

"He realizes that Doughjangles is no longer a hobby," she continued, "and that while part of the business is fun, there are responsibilities and commitments involved in creating a product that people will want to buy again and again."

Aaron's loves still involve the kitchen.  He can create an entire meal without assistance, is committed to Research and Development (taste-testing cookies), and he continues working toward his goal of being accepted into the county's culinary arts program next year when he becomes a high school junior.
